Putting cereal in your baby’s milk bottle to help him or her sleep through the night is an old wives tale, followed by many older moms and grandmothers. But, does it actually work? The answer is, no.
In fact, there is evidence that suggests that starting solids too early can lead to your baby developing allergies later on.
